Reads DNS records for the configured domains through three CORS-enabled DNS-over-HTTPS resolvers and lists them side by side. DoH has no zone transfer (AXFR), so this probes a fixed set of record types on each name rather than enumerating the whole zone. All queries run in the browser via fetch().
